Our Founders

Mr. Mohd Royzilee Mustaffa

Mr. Royzilee, known as Mr. Roy, emerged from Labis Johor and pursued a career in finance at Citibank after relocating to Kuala Lumpur. At 25, he survived a profound battle with brain cancer, emerging from a seven-day coma, an experience that steered his life's trajectory. His resilience fueled a pursuit of education, leading to studies in Sociology at University Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Passionate about humanitarian causes, Mr. Roy actively engages in projects supporting brain cancer societies and Yayasan Kanser Malaysia, collaborating with hospitals, NGOs, and even the Russian Ministry of Health to deliver aid to cancer patients.

In addition to his charitable endeavors, Mr. Roy's diverse interests led him to the realm of music. He spearheaded "The Rockets," a popular rock band in Malaysia and Indonesia, collaborating with renowned groups like Hujan band.

A connoisseur of coffee and a multi-faceted enthusiast in politics, economics, finance, entrepreneurship, and charity, Mr. Roy partnered with Dr. Raif and Mr Norizamel to establish Bromo Purba Coffee. This initiative aims to provide premium coffee to underprivileged communities, echoing Mr. Roy's belief in justice, equality, and prosperity for all.

Muhammad Norizamel Mustaffa is a seasoned food service professional with over seven years of experience in the industry, having worked with globally recognized brands such as McDonald's and Starbucks. His expertise spans food service management, barista craftsmanship, and team leadership, making him a well-rounded leader in operational excellence. As an Operations Director, he has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Driven by a passion for coffee and hospitality, Norizamel has cultivated a deep understanding of customer engagement and quality service delivery. His hands-on experience as a professional barista has not only refined his technical skills but also deepened his commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences. Through a combination of operational insight and a people-first approach, he continues to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of the food service industry.
